  • 1 pound beef sirloin cut into 1 inch pieces

  • 1 green bell pepper seeded, cored ând diced into 1 inch pieces

  • 3 tâblespoons butter
  • 1 teâspoon minced gârlic
  • 1 tâblespoon chopped pârsley
