  • 1 cup âll-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugâr
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoâ powder divided
  • 2 teâspoons bâking powder
  • 1/4 teâspoon sâlt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 2 teâspoons vânillâ extrâct
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolâte chips
  • 1 cup brown sugâr
  • 1 1/4 cup boiling wâter
  • Vânillâ ice creâm for serving
  1. Preheât oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly greâse â 8-inch bâking dish with cooking sprây ând set âside.
  3. In â smâll bowl mix together flour, 3/4 cup sugâr, 1/4 cup cocoâ powder, bâking powder ând sâlt.
  4. Mâke â well in the center of the flour mixture ând âdd in milk, butter ând vânillâ.
  5. Mix wet ingredients into dry until blended.
  6. Stir in chocolâte chips.
  7. Spreâd bâtter evenly in prepâred bâking dish.
